We are looking for a Process Improvement Intern for the Product Management team.

You will get to work in a team that wears many hats and maintains the backbone of the business through products, processes, and technology.

⭐️ What you'll do:

• Identify rooms for improvement on the operations of HDmall including customer experience, accounting, booking reservations, and more
• Coordinate with process stakeholders to determine pain points
• Create solutions through process and technology, create standard operating procedures, and setup knowledge bases
• Monitor and track process changes and results of improvements
• Maintain quality of implemented improvements

⭐️ Who we are looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in fields such as Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or anyone with a strong affinity towards tech and looking to pivot
• Basic logic and analytical skills required
• Proficient in spreadsheets like Excel and Google Sheets
• Get things done attitude, always leaning towards action rather than inaction
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities
• Satisfactory understanding in English
